He is survived by: his wife Anna Thompson Durham; his children, Pam Miller (W. L.) of Magnolia and Pat Durham (Paula) of Hodgenville; his grandchildren, Lesley Moore (Wes), Jordan Miller (Donovan Justice), Maria Pepper (Lucas) and Forrest Durham; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Emma, Lily Moore and Griffin Pepper; and his brother Taylor Durham of Magnolia.
