He is survived by: his wife Teresa Patrick; his children, Anthony Patrick (Jill), Sherry Slone (Rick), Adam Ritchie (Stacy), Lisa Bremer (Ben) and Ginger Butcher (Justin); his grandchildren, Jace Patrick, Reese Patrick, Makenzie Bremer, Kadie Bremer, Emily Koehler (Kendall) and Ellie Cook; and his sister Lillian Combs Feltner (Lester).
