Green (Carolyn Sue) of Mayfield, KY, Jack Green (Sue) of Englewood, FL, Freddie Green of Mayfield, KY, Kerry Green (Marie) of Mayfield, KY and Mary Frances Cummings of Brentwood, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
