She was predeceased by: her son Danny Dell Crooks; her siblings, G. W. Mason, Lucy Lee Rhew, Willie B. Duncan and Mary Alice Harrol; and her parents, Virgil Mason and Ira Green Mason.
She is survived by: her husband Carlos Crooks; and her children, David Crooks (Sally) of Richmond, VA, Debra Bell (Wally Malis) of Symsonia, KY and Dana Daschiell (Brad) of Franklin, TN. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
