He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Arlie and Mary Viniard; his son Charles Viniard Jr.; his siblings, Emma Yancey and Rocky Viniard; his son-in-law John Bessent; and his granddaughter Allison Burnett.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rachel Rose Viniard; his children, Kay Holifield (Glen) of Pryorsburg, Martha Gibson (Joe Pat) of Mayfield, Gayle Bessent of Sharon, TN., Michael Burnett (Penny) of Paducah and Mark Burnett (Cindy) of Mayfield; and his siblings, Arlene Coley of South Fulton, TN, Shirley Workman of Fulton, Nancy Higgins of Fancy Farm, Harold Viniard of Dexter, KY and Philip Viniard of Mayfield. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
