She was predeceased by: her daughter Gwendolyn; her husband Doug; and her siblings, William E., Harvey Spurlin, Flora Bell Woosley, Mary Gilkey and Ruby Myers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dolores Smithson of Melbourne and Stephanie Blondin (Phillip) of Owensboro, Kentucky; and her sisters, Virgie Hodge of Colorado, Christine Williams of Crofton and Wootzie Stone of Midland. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
