She was predeceased by: her parents, John Haley and Della Landgon Haley; her husband George R. Murphy; her daughter Connie Sue Dunn; and her sister Della Bell Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Murphy (Glenda) of Herndon, Janie McGhee of Hopkinsville, Lisa Dunn of Hopkinsville and Barbara "Jenny" Murphy of Hopkinsville; her sister Dee Haley of Logan County; and her grandchildren, Bradley Cannon, Tammy Kliest, George E. Murphy, Jeffrey D. Murphy, Timmy Dunn, Sheila West, Anthony Keenen and Karlee Keenan. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Pennyroyal Hospice.
