She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearlie Allen and Virginia Allen; her husband Murt Phillips; and her brother James Allen. She is survived by: her children, Brian Keith Phillips (Tammy) of Cairo and Kim Palismo (Steve) of Southern California; her siblings, Larry Allen (Faye) and Terry Kappenman (Mike); her grandchildren, Lindsay LaRue (Charles), Justin Palismo and Ashley Montgomery (Dan); and her great grandchild Preston LaRue. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tomblinson Funeral Home (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
