She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Head and Joann Jackson Simms; and her husband Herman Dale Stone, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Stone and Brian Curtis Stone (Michelle); her brothers, Joseph Ray Head, David Wayne Head (Dorothy) and Robert Anthony Simms (Sherry); her grandsons, Michael Fields and Matthew Long; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Allen Stone (Karen) and Brenda McMican (William).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home Providence Chapel (2285 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
