He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Thomas and Ruby Blake (Kinkade); and the mother of his children Peggy Austin. He is survived by: his children, Laura Blake Rudd of Henderson, KY and Sean Blake of Henderson, KY; his siblings, Donna Stone (David) of Henderson, KY and Ron Blake (Kathy) of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Warren Blake (Liz), Reagan Rudd and Trey Neal; his great grandchildren, Fischer Blake of Henderson, KY and Bentley Thomas of Henderson, KY; and his aunt June Kinkade of Linton, IN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews.
