She was predeceased by: her parents, Oather Drake and Elizabeth Drake; her husband Phillip Gish; her children, Dana Lynn Seary, Stephanie Michelle Gish and Donnie Seary, Jr.; her sister Linda Kay Kurtz; and her stepbrother Eddie Avis.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Stone (Joe) of Henderson, KY and Phillip Gish (Whitney) of Henderson, KY; her sisters, Nancy L. Scheller of Florida, Donna M. Wisdo of Florida and Melissa Plumley (Jarred) of West Virginia; her stepmother Helen Drake of West Virginia; and her stepsisters, Becky Jude (Mike) of West Virginia, Sharon White of West Virginia and Darlene Justice (Roy) of West Virginia.
