He is survived by: his parents, Roger Campbell (Theresa) and Pamela Sweet Watts (Tom); his children, Kaylee Denise Campbell of Leburn, KY and Jon Leyton Campbell (Bri); his brother Jamie Campbell of Sixteen Mile; his grandmother Irene Gambill of Sixteen Mile; his stepbrothers, Floyd Shawn Watts of Northern Kentucky and Robbie Watts of Northern Kentucky; his close friends, Trent Conley, Avery Caroline Conley and Griffin Maddox Conley; and his godson Ryker Isaac Trammell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
