He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Howard and Edna Coburn Howard. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hoskins Howard; his son Michael Howard; his granddaughter Alexandra Howard; and his siblings, Cindy Barid (Kevin) and Dennis Wayne Howard (Nina).
