She was predeceased by: her mother Fern Gayle Spencer Bush; her sister Linda Carol Bush; her grandparents, Margaret, Bob Bush, Callie Spencer and Jack; and her aunt Eva Sue Spencer.

She is survived by: her father Sam Bush of Hazard; her siblings, Jack Bush of Whitesburg, KY, David Bush, Christal of Hazard and Callie Phillips of Mt. Vernon, KY; her nephews, David Michael Bush, Charles David Bush and Charles Edward Bush; and her niece Sarah Elizabeth Phillips.
