He is survived by: his wife Mallie Ann Fields of Viper; his children, Chassity Woolums (Mark) and Craig Justin Fields of Lexington; his grandson Luke Woolumns; and his siblings, Rufus Fields of Line Fork, George Fields of Viper and Judy Fields of Viper.
