We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 94, Charlotte Ann Turk of Hazard, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leverne Joseph Neyens and Irene Burns Neyens; her husband Thomas Garland Turk; her children, Tom Turk and Kathy Payne; her granddaughter Jennifer Baker; and her sisters, Margie Reynolds, Jerri Dockendorff and Lori O'Shea.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bess Combs of Richmond, KY, Lee Williams of Richmond, KY and Stephanie Turk of Hazard, KY.
