She is survived by: her fiancé Jeffrey Michael Coots of Hazard; her brother Jody Blue Eversole (Hazel Holland); her nephews, Bentley and Hunter; her stepmother Julie Eversole; her stepsisters, Chelsea and Mara; and her mother-in-law Carmen Jo Johnson. She is also survived by aunts, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
