He was predeceased by: his parents, Donahue Parker and Mary Parker; his siblings, Donnie Parker and Pauline Hall; and his brother-in-law Howard Molpus.

He is survived by: his siblings, James Parker, Jessie Parker (Linda), Barbara Molpus, Judy Winkler, Debra Stone (Wendell) and Shannon Brumagen (Willie Frisby). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
