He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Wayne Devine; his grandmother Shirley Egbert Griggs of Harrodsburg; and his siblings, Andrew Marshall Devine and Amanda Lynn Devine. He is survived by: his mother Angela Egbert Devine; his son Matthew Wayne Devine of Harrodsburg; his sister Crystal Lynn Devine of Harrodsburg; his nephews, Luis Garcia and Elian Garcia (Susan Phelps); and also Clay Ellison. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
