He was predeceased by: his grandfather Curt Ransdell. He is survived by: his parents, Justin "Jay" Owen Cheek and Hillary Ransdell Cheek of Harrodsburg; his brothers, Granger and Remington Cheek; and his grandparents, Cindy Ransdell and Gary (Sharon Cheek). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
