He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luther and Lona Edith Kemplin (Willoughby). He is survived by: his sons, Jason Lopp (Candace) of New Albany, IN, Michael Lopp of Harrodsburg and Matthew Lopp (Jackie) of Tomball, TX; and his brother Danny Kemplin (Kathy) of Wilder, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren and many colleagues and friends.
