She is survived by: her children, Walter Phillip Burgess (Barbara) of Nashville, Charles Daniel "Chuck" Burgess (Anne) of Midway and Lelia Gina Canter (Stewart) of Asheville, NC; her grandsons, Walter Phillip "Beau" Burgess, Jr. (Jennifer) of Nashville and Haywood Daniel "Woody" Burgess (Samantha) of Columbia, TN; her great grandchildren, Keaton and Bodhi Burgess; and her nephew Stephen Saunders. She is also survived by one nephew and great nieces and nephews.
