We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2024, at the age of 98, Alma P. Staton of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, born in Frenchburg, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alma P. Staton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Clifford Staton; her parents, Volney Ray Phelps and Bessie MacGlothen Phelps; her daughter Ka Wilson; and her siblings, Helen Frye, Lexie Collier, Jack and Bud Phelps.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Staton of Middletown, OH and Ed Staton (Nancy) of Louisville, KY; her sister Mary Kathryn Motley; and her son-in-law Charles Wilson. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
