Kingsley, Herbert Kingsley, Delano Salisbury, Alonzo Salisbury and Sarah Stevens; and his brother-in-law Bob Selby.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Ronald R. McKinney of Harold and Margaretta DeMoss of California; his siblings, Terry Kingsley (Michelle) of Harold, Yona Spears (Wayne) of Harold and Lona Selby of Brimfield; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Kingsley of Harold, Kentucky. and Kaye Kingsley of Harold, Kentucky..
