She was predeceased by: her parent Monnie Marie Beverly. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Bradshaw of Harold, Bert Bradshaw of Owingsville, Kentucky and Heather Elkins of Purcell, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Robert Beverly of Van Lear, Kentucky, Monnie Rie Osborne of Prestonsburg, Janie Beverly of Prestonsburg, Vicki Hale of Van Lear, Toni Hayes of West Virginia and Kathy Mullins of North Carolina. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
