He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Forrester Hyde; his children, Adrianna Eldridge (Tony) of Evarts, Eva Jackson (Tristen), Andrew Forrester (Susan) of Evarts, Thomas Gerhold of Smith, KY and Angel Wilhelm of London, KY; and his siblings, Tommy Lee Hyde, Charles Edward Hyde and Lynette Burton (William). He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
