With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pernie Noe (Harlan, Kentucky), who passed away on May 17, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac "Preacher" Southerland, Sr. and Amanda Shoemaker Southerland; her son John David Noe; and her brothers, Isaac, Jr., Lloyd, Luther and William Southerland.
She is survived by: her children, Sally "Sis" Leath (George), William Michael Noe (Lisa), Kimberly Elizabeth Noe and Mark Noe; her siblings, Beckham Southerland (Gloria), Harlan (Chester Southerland) and Juanita Gilbert (Larry); and her grandchildren, Kimberly Bray, Ashley Blackburn, Whitney Killion, Tiffany Smithers, Amanda Stewart, Brianna Noe, Jesse Noe and Jonathan Noe. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
