He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Cupp and Beulah Cupp; his wife Wanda Imogene Cupp; and his siblings, John Alvin Cupp and Zeola Zunda.
He is survived by: his daughter Thelma Caldwell (Chris) of Cawood; his grandchildren, Kristin Holbrook (Jimmy), Lucas Caldwell, Gunner Caldwell and Rebecca Caldwell; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Christopher Holbrook and Avry Caldwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
