He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Napier and Christine Jones Napier; and his siblings, Lena Begley and Freeman Napier. He is survived by: his wife Tina Hoskins Napier; his children, Wendy Phillips (Joseph), Big, Beau, Verda and Amelia Napier; his siblings, Zora Thomas (John), Irene Alexander (Gerald), Lorene Napier and Ira Napier (Lydia); and his grandchildren, Larissa and Cayden Phillips. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Per mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending must wear some type of face covering and maintain social distancing.
