She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Mae Cottrell Robinson and Jack Robinson; her son William Tyrone Cottrell; and her sister Kay Frances Cottrell. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Cottrell (Baxter), Reggie Cottrell (Verda), Whitney Gerhold (Harlan) and Marshal Tyler Adams; her siblings, Teresa Cottrell Napier (Kenneth), Loretta Cottrell (Abner Middleton) and Timothy Cottrell (Kristie); her grandchildren, Akira Hopkins, Tanasia, Chelsea, Reggie Cottrell, Tori Wynn, Hannah, Hailey, Gillis, Isaac, Ethan Gilbert, Aiden and Maddie Goines; her aunt Lula Fields; her nieces and nephews, Daniel (Meredith), Derrick (Brooke), Lexie, Kandra (Natalya), Monica, Joe, Ellevina, Melissa, Jeffery and Randall; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jalen, Jamal, Nevaeh, Aliyah, Ashawna, Ivorie, Demarion and Deshawn. She is also survived by cousins; and other family and friends.
Per mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending must wear some type of face covering and maintain social distancing.
