He is survived by: his parents, Terry Creech and Gwen Creech of Cumberland; his brother Marcus (Whitney Creech) of Cumberland; his nephew Jason Creech; his nieces, Scarlett and Marvel Creech; his uncle Audie Moyers (Stacie) of Owensboro; and his aunts, Sandy Sherman (Gary) of Lexington, Debbie Sherman Dudash of Cumberland, Gina Chapman of Colorado, Sherry Jackson of Blair and Chrystal Hill (Jamie) of Corbin.
