He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnson and Maude Defevers Johnson; and his siblings, Ed, Bud, Curt, Darrell, Joe Johnson, Kathleen Layne, Ada Lee Price, Jewell Wooldridge and Joy Alstott.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Johnson (Candace Mandrell) of Cumberland and Kristie Mills (Brian Joshua) of Bulls Gap, TN; his brother Harley Johnson of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Kayla Noel Malone (Cody) of Morristown, TN, Jordan Mills, Isaiah Mills and Corbin Mills; his great grandchild Everleigh Rose Malone; and his pet Axel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the mandate set forth by the governor of Kentucky, attendees must wear a mask at all times, practice social distancing and only 60% of our capacity is allowed.
