She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Betts and Eva Ann Stoddard Betts; her daughter Brandi Nix; and her granddaughter Ariana Nix. She is survived by: her husband Bradley Fields; her son Caleb Rayan of Lexington; her siblings, Mark Betts of Morehead, Leonard Betts of Whitesburg, Billy Betts of Whitesburg, Kat Lucas (Shane) of Whitesburg, Paula Gatewood (Mike) of Oregon and Dannyelle Smith (Deshon) of Lexington; her parents-in-law, Danny and Barbara Fields; and her pet Host.
