She is survived by: her husband Jack Hale; her daughter Shawneessy Horton (Joe) of New Tazewell, TN; her siblings, Charles J Napier (Samantha) of Smith, Larry Hensley of Michigan, Charlene Penley of Keokee, Virginia and Myrtle Andrews; and her nieces and nephews, Cissy Penley Day and Billy Penley.
