He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Saylor of Chicago, IL, Bessie Madewell of Harlan, KY, Don Saylor of Harold, KY, Evelon Rogers (Charles) of Chicago, IL, Wilma Bulka of Indianapolis, IN and Dallas Smith of Bledsoe, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
