He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Leon Baize; and his brother Gary Dale Baize. He is survived by: his children, Terrance Benson (Jessica), Chrissy Lee (Daven) and Kimberly Von-Roenn (John); his grandchildren, Dagon Wade McPherson, Alyssa McPherson, Deegan Lee, Carter Benson, Jamie Shrewsberry, Mariah Shrewsberry and Destiny Shrewsberry; his mother Lois Ann Baize; and his brothers, Gregory Baize (Linda), Phillip Scott Baize (Chasity) and Toby Baize (Kristy). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Family and Friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
