He is survived by: his daughters, Kelley Phillips (Toby Teegarden) and Kim Blankenship (Douglas); his grandchildren, Rayven McRoy, Rachel Blankenship, Alicen Teegarden and Emey Teegarden; his great grandchildren, Cayde, Ryker, Evalynn and Madelyn; and his brother George Phillips (Jeane).
