He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Jr. Hill and Flora Hill; and his siblings, Mildred Kellum, Bobby Hill and Milton Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Carol" Sue McElvain Hill; his brothers, Roy Hill and Gene Hill; his nephew Ricky Kellum (Becky); and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Kay McElvain and Benny McElvain (Dianne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
