He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marion Hester and Theresa Daugherty; his sister Amy Daugherty; and his granddaughter Savannah Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Tabitha Michelle Hester; his children, James Matthew Hester (Ashlin), Anthony Lee Hester and Amelia Marie Garrett (Justin); his siblings, Cathy Arnold (Marcus), Merri Embry (Dennis), Michealle Peveler (Terry), Amanda Gallion (Eugene), Kelly Hester, Andrew Daugherty (Amy) and Jimmy Hester (Tammi); and his stepmother Donna Hester.
