She is survived by: her sons, David Evans of Pittsburgh, Tim Evans (Laura) of Pittsburgh and John Evans of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Greyson Pulou, Forest Evans and Sophia Evans; her sisters, Peggy Fuller and Betty Buss; and her caregivers, Bonnie, Clay Cropper, Tabatha Eubank, Aaron Webb and Ashley Durham. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
