He was predeceased by: his son Gage Allen Neal; and his grandparents, Paul, Betty Jo Neal, Guilford "Skip" and Lou Ellen Dulin.
He is survived by: his parents, Tim Dulin and Marsha Dulin of Portland; his siblings, Missy Neal (Jamie) of Portland, Teri Neal of Westmoreland, Jessica Miller (Shane) of Scottsville and Joseph Lelyn Neal of Scottsville; his grandparents, Morris Allen and Shirley Glazebrooks of Franklin; and his close friend Robin Ockstadt of Franklin.
