It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Durham Sr. of Franklin, Kentucky, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on March 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Durham and Edith Evans Durham; his siblings, Howard Durham and Mary Riggs; his sister-in-law Janet Durham; and his son John Durham, Jr. (Shanna).

He is survived by: his children, Arona Miller (James) of Lenoir, NC, Nancy Gaw (Bobby) of Baltimore, MD and Dwayne Durham (Marion) of Ocala, Florida. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
