He is survived by: his wife Penny Martin; his children, Jeffery Wayne Martin, Jr. (Madison) of Franklin, KY and Joyce Louise Barton (Curtis) of Corbin, KY; his foster mother Wilma Howell; his mother Irene Martin; his siblings, Roger Martin (Lisa) of Scottsville, KY, Randy Martin of Scottsville, KY, Tracy of Scottsville, KY, Charlotte Cross of Simpson County, KY, Edna Brown of Scottsville, KY, Vonda of Scottsville, KY and Diane Wichard of Scottsville, KY; and his foster siblings, Shire Rippy, Richard Howell, Lisa Herrington, Jody Howell and Jamie Howell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
