He is survived by: his mother Dena Cantrell (Tommy) of Franklin, KY; his daughter Arabella Hesson of Franklin, KY; his siblings, Bryan Cantrell of Franklin, KY, Dalton Cassity of Woodburn, KY and Terra Alexander of Woodburn, KY; his grandparents, Donnie and Linda Cassity of Franklin, KY; and his pet Glacier.
