She is survived by: her daughter Myreah Revuelta (Dathien) of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchildren, Ariella Grainger, Bryce Grainger, Da'Mani Grainger, Addison Grainger and Bentley Revuelta-Odom; her brothers, Larry Bee Phillips of Springfield, TN and James Hilton "Jimmy" Phillips of Franklin, KY; and her close friend DeAnn Watkins of Auburn, KY..
