He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Will Paul Manning and Thelma Dobbs Manning; his brothers, Kenneth Manning, Paul Manning, Jr. and Robert Manning (Bid); his wife Gail Houchens Manning; his daughters, Diane Hawkins (Tom) of Franklin, KY, Kathy Poston (Scott) of Franklin, KY, Julie Griffin (Denny) of Franklin, KY and Sarah Adams (Craig) of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Jeremy Poston (Heather), Laura Holt (Neil), Jordan Hawkins (Heather), Lindsay England (Brent), Tye Burklow (Caitlin), Bryce Burklow (Kayla), Emily Flora (Craig), Natalynne Adams and Mallory Adams; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Grant (Ed) of Franklin, TN and Pat Manning of Bowling Green, KY. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
