He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskell Brown, Sr. and Novis Belle Pedigo Brown. He is survived by: his wife Mary Magdalene Miller Brown of Franklin; and his sisters, Ruby Hoskins of Franklin and Martha Williams of Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
