He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Couch and Ila Willard Couch. He is survived by: his wife Donna Viar Couch; his children, Mark Couch (Kate Zaytseva) of Frankfort, KY and Donika Pierson (Neil) of White House, TN; and his grandsons, Nathan Pierson (Angel) and Derrick Pierson.
