He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill and Kathy Rowlan. He is survived by: his mother Carleena Mueller of Smithville, TN; his son Dominick Lee Brickey (Donelle Brickey) of Hendersonville, TN; his father David Lee Brickey of Townsend, TN; and his sister Holly Erlacher. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers expressions may be made to the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory at 325 W. Cedar St. Franklin, KY 42134 to help with expenses.
