She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Uhls and Vergie Uhls; and her brothers, Jimmy Uhls and Donnie Uhls. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Prochaska Curlee Barry of Troy, Michigan, David Prochaska of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Floyd Dale Prochaska of Franklin; and her siblings, Bernice Irene Uhls (Bea), Jackie B. Uhls of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Logan Uhls of Indianapolis. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
